Surprisingly good

I was a bit skeptical of the open ear thing, but I must say it has changed the way I work. I am on calls most of the day, and this is just a game changer. I often forget I have them on, and am just going about my day. Very nice piece of kit and well worth the price in my opinion.

Different than my old headset in a good way

I do feel more free when wearing the Sonictrek, much more so than other products I have tried. I am work from home these days, and it is comforting to be able to hear what is going on around in the house. The fit takes a bit of getting used to I will say. Other than that I am a satisfied customer.

Delivery hiccup but solved

The product is brilliant. However there was some delay with Australia Post. The company worked to help me solve the issue and truly it is not their fault. I have had more issues with AP in the last 2 years than my entire life. Consider a new postal carrier.

A joy to use for Zoom

The Nomad has changed life for me. I have at least 2 hours of Zoom calls daily and no longer dread the inevitable cut outs, lost voice, background noise, etc... However this product works it does so perfectly. Highly recommend 5 stars.

Oh, that's great. Top quality. The instructions come in English and Chinese so if you need them in Spanish you can search the ones on the internet with the name of the pinganillo without problems and they come out to match it and buttons.

fair product with one or two flaws

the product does work as they describe here. i will say the fit is different than a traditional headset and i needed to adjust where they are placed on my head to get the best pickup. the micrphone is good and does carry my voice well. delivery took a little longer than expected about 7 days.
