Because I did not order this. I had already received 1 and then you sent a 2nd. I have sent various email without receiving a response to cancel this order. I have now reported it to the Police re: a fraudulent transaction along with Consumer Affairs and as I work in the Media, A Current Affairs will be contacting you unless my money is refunded asap. You do not even deserve 1 star.

WORKS WELL FOR SHOULDER LENGTH HAIR

Still getting used to it. it doesn't curl the fringe of my hair but any thing with a bit of length it does. has setting for either Fahrenheit or Celsius. it goes up to 200 Celsius which is enough to curl hair, it has 2 curling option L for left and R for right the curl has last so far 8 hours with a bit of hair spray for hold. overall quite happy. will get quite abit of use. charges up quickly. i have brought the mifo earbuds a couple of years ago and they have been great.

This is a sophisticated hair straightener, however I find the touch controls to change the temperature and the lock difficult to navigate. Sometimes it is unresponsive and I have to unplug and reset it can take up to 5 mins to get the temperature setting correct.
