How to obtain a copy of your receipt to request a refund

A receipt is required to obtain a refund to prove the item was purchased from us. If you don’t have a copy, here’s how to get one before contacting us:

Online Purchases

If your purchase was made online, please follow these instructions to obtain a copy of your receipt:

  1. Log in to your Mifo Australia account. If you don't have one, create an account using the same email address you used to check out as a guest. This will show all your previous purchase history.
  2. Once logged in, go to your Purchases and select the order for which you need a receipt/tax invoice.
  3. Click on the printer icon at the top right-hand side of the screen to print or save a copy to bring in-store.
